We’re taught that relentless motion equals progress, and that slowing down is a sign of weakness or lost ambition. But from a transformational perspective, the reset is sacred. As a transformational coach, I remind my clients (and myself!) that resetting is not about starting over. It’s about starting again, but this time with wisdom. The version of you that takes a sacred pause has witnessed, learned, and released things that will make the next chapter stronger, richer, and more authentic.
